Modern English Education a scholarly journal that follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality of published articles.

Modern English Education accepts submissions on a rolling basis (no deadlines for submission), not using issue numbers. As manuscripts are accepted for publication, they will be immediately formatted by the editors and published online at our journal homepage.

Also, we operate an Express Manuscript Review System (EMRS). The EMRS process will be completed within 10 days after the receipt of submission.
